Learn to love yourself and your body, accept your possibilities, which you will try to expand every day, putting effort and your best. If you do one workout worse than planned, it doesn’t matter, the next one will be better. It is certainly better to do minimal work than not at all. If you can’t do 10 push-ups, but only 3 – and that’s the beginning, you have to start somewhere.
Don’t exercise just to have a body like the many fitness models who impose themselves on us and only create dents; you exercise to give your body health, flexibility and strength. After all, it is not said for nothing – in a healthy body, a healthy mind!
