Change is an inevitable part of life – sometimes it just jumps out at us unexpectedly, and sometimes we initiate it ourselves out of a need to do something to make us happier. In whatever form it comes to us, let’s welcome it bravely, with a smile and a positive attitude. If we choose to change ourselves, it is important that we know that changing for the better does not mean that we are bad, insufficient, full of mistakes and flaws in the present moment. Change only means that we always have the opportunity to be even better, even happier, even more fulfilled, but with the indispensable thought that we are still quite good, sufficient, full of positive sides and virtues. If we were simple – great 🙂

Before you throw yourself into a new reality, accept yourself as you are right now and learn to love yourself as strongly and unconditionally as you love your loved ones. To make yourself aware of how worthy of love you are, write down your good sides, talents, all your achievements, everything that others like about you and about you, and everything that makes you happy and grateful right now. Seriously, get a piece of paper and write it all down. It might be a little harder at the beginning, especially if you’ve been your main critic for years, but be patient, the words will come because you have something to write. I am sure. And then take a deep breath and accept the present moment – the excess (or lack) of weight that bothers you, the “mistakes” you’ve made during your life, the “wrong” steps you’ve taken, all the things that eat away at your peace and make you unhappy. It all made sense. Become aware, write, accept. That’s the only way you’ll be more ready for the change that’s necessary to climb another level above yourself and achieve whatever you need to fill your life with sincere joy and deep meaning.

When you enter a change armed with positive vibrations, it will be easier for you to come out of that change as a winner. I tried it, it worked.
